PAUSE… Unleash her, And let her run free, Infusing her with the vibrations of loving energy that are created by showing up, Consciously, Imperfectly, Lovingly. PAUSE… To show up means to come inside and connect with her, This magical creature of the universe you are.  To ask her what she needs, To know when to push her, To know when to let her rest, And to take the time to know her intimately, Even when that might feel painful or inconvenient.  PAUSE… To show up means to look fear in the eyes, And choose love instead. To show up means to try, Even when you’re not perfect, And find joy in the process. To show up means to take action even when you don’t want to,  Because the other side that action is alignment with your values. PAUSE… So feel your heartbeat, And pour love deeply into it, Deep into you. PAUSE… Keep showing up. For yourself. For others.
