Through my conversations with different coaches and I was able to hear about their current position, where they were afraid to lose a client. They were afraid because losing that client meant they weren't going to meet their profit goals. In a way, they allowed themselves to get really comfortable thinking their clients would be by their side forever. A lot of coaches focus on getting new clients then make the mistake of not onboarding their their new clients to make sure they're retaining clients. Another mistake that a lot of coaches make is getting so engrossed with their new clients that they forget to continue marketing. Coaches should not want to keep making these tedious mistakes, instead they should want to get to the point where they have a steady flow of prospects coming in.  Want to join the discussion?
