Bryan Dik is a vocational psychologist and professor of psychology at Colorado State University, where he serves as Director of Training for the university’s Ph.D. program in counseling psychology. He is also co-founder and Chief Science Officer of jobZology and co-inventor of the award-winning PathwayU career assessment platform. Bryan’s scholarly work focuses on meaning and purpose in the workplace, calling and vocation in career development, and the intersection of faith and work. He is a Fellow of the American Psychological Association and American Scientific Affiliation, and is recipient of the John Holland Award for Outstanding Achievement in Career or Personality Research.
