Phil Perry (born January 12, 1952 in Springfield, Illinois) is an American R&B singer, songwriter, musician.  
 He has recorded with artists including Lee Ritenour, Michel Colombier, Dave Grusin, Don Grusin, Freddie Hubbard, George Duke, Najee, Bill Withers, Barbra Streisand, June Pointer, Johnny Mathis, David Benoit and Russ Freeman, Sergio Mendes, Bobby Womack, Chaka Khan, Fourplay, George Benson and Will Downing to name a few.
 Jazz Times Magazine captured the heart and soul of Phil Perry when they declared that he creates “joyous, romantic magic.”
 The Los Angeles Times raves,
