Vegas in Space

Sideshow and drag performer Bobby Lugosi crashes the show to talk about the queer cult classic VEGAS IN SPACE. A low-budget effort made over the course of eight years, VEGAS IN SPACE follows soldiers who must pose as women to search for missing gems on the all-female planet of Clitoris. The film was written by the late notable drag performer Doris Fish and released by the notorious Troma Entertainment. It hasn't been seen by nearly enough people, and that's a shame. Plus, genre fans critique ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW and GONE WITH THE WIND, imagination and effort can transcend budgetary restraints, our Mount Rushmore of queer creators, and the transcendent experience of drag shows.
