Eliza Doolittle of the famous musical My Fair Lady was just 19-yrs-old when she started to learn the facts of life as they relate to the differences of men and women. The fictional Eliza fights against the fact that no matter the age, class, or educational differences, a man can become completely mesmerized, and committed to a woman who shows herself to be a candidate for marriage.
