Heuristic /ˌhjʊ(ə)ˈrɪstɪk/ noun A heuristic technique, or a heuristic, is any approach to problem solving or self-discovery that employs a practical method that is not guaranteed to be optimal, perfect, or rational, but is nevertheless sufficient for reaching an immediate, short-term goal or approximation. This week I’m joined Bobby Burns from Wedding Film School and together we’ll be coming up with some useful heuristics for a wedding filmmakers toolkit. In the first half of the show we’ll identify some key pain points that wedding filmmakers face and then in the second half of the show, we develop our heuristics for those problems.
