Ödyssey Swimrun Casco Bay is coming up in a few weeks and we wanted to share a bonus episode with all the latest information about the 2023 edition. As some of you may know, the Casco Bay courses typically change every year or so. This year’s Long and Short Courses will be the same as 2022. As such, we will be re-sharing our conversation with–frequent guest of the show–John Stevens to walk us through the courses.
