Prospecting and lead generation is so much more than cold calling. However, if you want to get a “now listing” and convert a FSBO or expired, dialing in your cold calling skills will make a huge difference. Building the habit of reaching out to your database can start with a few simple activities every single week. Instead of trying to call your entire database at once, commit to contacting 5 people a week.
