Michal Oshman on paper is insanely impressive. She is Head of Company Culture, Diversity and Inclusion at TikTok Europe and was formerly responsible for international leadership and team development at Facebook. She is an amazing wife, mum of four and has the most beautiful hair (!) But let me tell you when we spoke, she is even MORE impressive than her credentials. Her insight, wisdom and vulnerability is so inspiring and her passion for helping others is infectious. Her journey of self discovery through Jewish wisdom is not religious but spiritual, and at this time in society more than ever, shows a truly beautiful side to what we can take positively from the teachings from ancient wisdom. Her book “What Would You Do if You Weren’t Afraid” is a must read to challenge the rut we all find ourselves stuck in sometimes.
