As a part of the Migration Literature Week, Stella Mililli, Ph.D. candidate in literature, will deliver a public talk on Refugee Literature for Young Adults, which reflects her research project. " YA Refugee Literature: Developing Sustainable Literacy in the EFLClassroom."The talk will explain the role of refugee literature in education and, more broadly, in society. A collective moment to 'learn and unlearn' for a more inclusive dialogue and communication. How can refugee literature forge ethical discourses of respect, tolerance, and responsibility inthe Norwegian classroom?Stella Mililli is a Ph.D. candidate in English literature at the Dept. of Teacher Education at NTNU. Her project is entitled "YA Refugee Literature: Developing Sustainable Literacy in the EFL Classroom." She comes originally from Italy and has lived in Trondheim for the last five years.
