Ep. 30| DJ Hurricane Interview

Hosts Mike Pizzo and Warren Peace speak with original Beastie Boys jockey of discs, DJ Hurricane. Backing the group during arguably their greatest era, from 1986 - 1997, Hurricane watched the band transform from the beer-drinking, breath-stinking, glue-sniffing Def Jam hip-hop trio to the multi-instrumentalist, genre-bending, Grand Royal rap activists they are known as today. Growing up alongside Jam Master Jay, Hurricane was also present for the formation of Run-D.M.C.
