Coulson's monologue intercutting with the team we know and love proving him right was everything. Mack having to fight his own parents to the death is definitely something I should have expected from the writer who was behind Jiaying's vivisection, May shooting a little girl, Daisy getting Hived, Yoyo meeting her future armless self, and Fitzsimmons' marriage-counseling-insanity-hour. Bravo, indeed. I'd call this a swan song, if that swan was also winged hell-beast feasting away at our souls. Not much else to say about the episode. It was real good, guys.
