S2E25: On Nurturing the Spirit Amidst Professional Pursuits

It seems to me that we have created a strange division in our modern lives—one that separates our spiritual selves from our professional identities as though they were inherently incompatible. I have often wondered about this curious partitioning of the human experience, this artificial boundary we draw between the matters of spirit and the matters of livelihood. For what purpose do we maintain this division? Is it truly necessary that we leave our deeper selves at the threshold of our workplaces, only to reclaim them at day's end? I think not.
