56. Holiday Sex

Have you ever noticed that the sex you have on holiday is different? Better? When we’re on holiday and in that state of complete relaxation and flow, we're more open to surprises and having the kind of sex we wouldn't typically have. We find ourselves stepping outside of our schedule and entering into a state of receptivity. This makes us feel more present and allows us to live in the now, which is ultimately how most of us want to live, but we're too stuck in our heads, either carrying the past or thinking about the future. In today’s episode, we’re getting ready for our first substantial holiday in years, and we’re inviting more of this holiday mentality and energy into our everyday lives.
