Episode 19: REALlationships all 2020!

Do you feel that you manage your relationships well?  How many people do you not associate with anymore due to a misunderstanding? In this episode Kristen talks about Social-Awareness and how it is all about being able to manage relationships with others. Whether  you are in the work place, school, your home --- it's all about being honest with your boundaries and setting the tone for your relationships by building genuine connections that last. Empathizing with people you care about and understanding your emotions in that space, is critical skills when building great relationships. Socially skilled people tend to have a wide circle of acquaintances, and they have a knack for finding common ground with people of all kinds. I'm not saying that they are always socializing, but it means they understand the importance of relationships. I challenge you to add some goals about REALlationships to your vision for 2020, and watch how building genuine relationships will open so many doors for you this year.
