Kompella Janardhana Rao ( 1906 - 1937) was a poet, writer and literary critique. He worked in Bharati Literary magazine editorial section from 1926 to 1933. He was the founder and editor of UDAYINI Literary Magazine (1934-1936). Mahakavi SriSri dedicated his Mahaprasthanam anthology to Kompella Janardhana Rao.
