Jody Jones: The remarkable woman who swam the channel with bowel cancer

You might not have heard of this week's guest the swimmer, Military Wives Choir member and mum of two, Jody Jones. In fact, she loves it so much that she swam the English Channel in 2019. Fewer than 700 women have ever completed the 21 mile crossing. But what makes Jody's achievement even more special is that she did it while undergoing treatment for stage 4 bowel cancer. It's pretty mind blowing.
