On Oscar night, we have to root for our own.On this special Oscar night episode we dive into one of the nominees for animated short film at tonight's Academy Awards.  It's time to recapture a 'Heritage Minute' as we look at 'The Flying Sailor'.Inspired by a true story, we see what happens when a sailor is hurled into the air in the wake of the Halifax Explosion.Obviously our storytellers get a little fantastic with it all but we had the chance to sit down with writer/directors Amanda Forbis and Wendy Tilby to talk about the origins of the story, the Oscar experience and knowing when the right time to finally get a cocktail on the big night.
