Episode 024 - Crew Builder

As we’ve become more and more disenfranchised as individuals within our organizations, we tend to retreat into our little caves which does nothing for us as fire crews.  Some people think that by sitting and watching TV together is adequate, but it doesn’t build true bonds of brotherhood.  Some people retreat into their rooms to avoid any contact due to discomfort.  With all the distractions in our lives, it’s more important now more than ever to be purposeful and focused on our relationships with our crew members. In this episode, I will introduce a brand new program that I will be hosting called CREW BUILDER.  During this 6-week program, we will focus on the active things that we can do on our end to build a stronger crew and exercise our leadership in creating the environment of true brotherhood that we desire.
