雅思口语P2 Describe a public place that you think needs improvement（文字版）

There are lots of public places in my city that need improvement in my opinion, but one of the most important part is the hospital. It is pretty old and got in a pretty bad condition, but it’s difficult to have changes in a space that is always full of people. And unfortunately, if we close it for an amount of time in order to improve it, it can be complicated. So, maybe one of the best alternatives would be to build a new one. As far as I know, my area definitely needs a well-equipped healthcare center. If they could improve the equipment and medicine in the hospitals it would be better for the staff since they could treat patients more rapidly. I hope that the government improves the health system because it’s becoming more difficult to get treated due to a high number of patients and limited number of doctors. And since the doctors feel like they are being underpaid, they just leave the hospitals in order to open their own private business or stuff like that. I think that if the conditions of the hospitals and its staff are improved, everyone will benefit from it. It would be better if the government put more money into hospitals in the future.
