雅思口语P2 Describe a new development that appeared in your city(文字版）

Well, about a couple of months ago the first Zara fashion store opened in my city. It’s a popular brand in many other countries as it sells affordable fashion clothing for young people. The new store is located in the largest shopping mall of the city, as you would expect for this new one. It’s a big retail place for all their merchandise, and the front is made of glass, so it is highly visible to all people visiting the mall, as almost everyone entering the commercial street right past the store, so I’m sure it’ll get a lot of interest. I guess the typical Zara customer is a young man or woman who is interested in being trendy and fashionable and being able to wear the latest fashionable designs, without having to pay much for it. I actually bought something from the store the first weekend it opened. I went along with my friend to check it out and see what kind of things they had in stock. I ended up buying a blouse for work and a pair of skinny jeans for casual wear, because I loved the design and colors and the prices were very affordable indeed. So this is the major development that I noticed in my city recently.
