Joey Weinert was just a kid, when his dad, The Manila Envelope Bandit, was arrested for a string of bank robberies throughout Southern California. That led to struggling with addiction. The Midnight Mission in Downtown Los Angeles helped him, and some women we talked to on Skid Row, turn their lives around.
