IHGB #176 -- Taylor Swift's FOLKLORE Album Review with Lara

Hello everyone! Okay, here’s the thing. When I was on hiatus for two months, a few things happened that had me reeling, but one was particularly devastating. I learned that Dr Pepper was in short supply. Although a travesty, I thought that since I lived in Texas where Dr Pepper was born and raised, I wouldn’t have a problem finding the delicious beverage.  I thought wrong. It’s taken some diligent detective work to discover grocery stores that carry the good doctor and hoarding has officially commenced. The only thing that made it even a bit better was the sudden debut of Taylor Swift’s eight album.  This is a new Taylor. This is a mature Taylor. And this is a Taylor who lets the world know that she is an incredible singer/songwriter. Lara and I discuss the entire song list and debate important topics like, "Is Taylor trying to tell us that she and Joe are broken up?" or "Were they married in a secret ceremony a few years ago and are about to celebrate their third wedding anniversary?"  And do you also feel that there’s an invisible string tying you to Taylor?
