This week we celebrate our 100th episode with guest, Katie McClure of Mirth. Mirth was started by two stylish sisters (Erin Breen and Katie McClure) who have always loved a good caftan. Launched after discovering heritage textiles over the course of several years of travel and exploration, the sisters created a line of comfortable pieces with handmade fabrics sourced from artisan communities, bringing a story to each piece. Mirth caftans are meant to be worn on the beach, to dinner, and everywhere in between. With a modern take on traditional handloom weaving and abstract block printing, Mirth's mission is to help sustain and celebrate craft and provide opportunity and ethical employment to artisans in developing countries.
