The Rhythm Check podcast offers practical advice for trainee doctors and dentists to support their personal and professional wellbeing. Hosted by trainees and for trainees, each episode will look at one of the ‘pillars of lifestyle medicine’. Hosts Flo and Katie are joined by Sej Modasia, an anaesthetics trainee in the east of England. Sleep improves mood, concentration and overall health. While doctors advise patients how to prioritise their sleep to benefit their long-term health, many find it hard to take their own advice.
