This podcast is a conversation between Robin Lansman and Katy Wilson around her role as the project lead of the HEE SW Paramedic reducing attrition and improving retention in early career (REPAIR) project. Katy’s shared the project teams experience of coproducing recommendations that will support student paramedics and preceptees increase their confidence in clinical decision making as they transition from learners to autonomous practitioners. She also shared her personal development gained by taking on this regional project lead role.
