Episode 40 - Flight in Time and Other Listener Stories Part 5 Woodhall Spa Airfield, early 1940s. ‘They got to the NAAFI and went inside. It was bright, warm and a welcome place to shelter from the cold and wet conditions outside. They each had a cup of tea and a bowl of stew and sat at a table by the window while they ate their food and warmed themselves up. Nothing felt weird and nothing was noticeably amiss.
