Today I am speaking with Tamu Thomas, the founder and coach behind Live Three Sixty. Having worked as a social worker for fifteen years, Tamu felt stuck and trapped in her life and dove into a period of research into self-development and neuroscience in order to better make sense of herself. Finding the wellness world overwhelmingly millennial and Western orientated, Live Three Sixty was born as conduit to help women in their late 30s and 40s escape the cult of busyness and cultivate their joy. This episode was a pretty mind-blowing one for me to record, as we talk about Tamu’s research, the concept of everyday joy and how to find and seize it, feeling stuck, self-celebration and making life feel like a verb.
