Today is a coaching episode with Fran Norris, an Artist and Illustrator based in the UK.  Fran's hasn't been in business for long and after realising she had taken a bit of wrong turn and arrival of her second child imminent she decided to take down her online shop and start over with the marketing,  In this episode we talk about finding the right direction and setting tiny goals to get there, time management, being efficient on the activities, knowing when to work on the work and when to work on the marketing and how to start to building an audience with your work.
