Louis Phillips is a good man. And a great human. He grew up in Victoria and had a challenging time at primary school where his school teacher dad made the call to enroll him in a steiner school for 5 years. Once in high school at a private college, he found his love for sports but was quite a small kid so found it hard at times to fit in.After school, Louis took a gap year where he went to the south of France to work on super yachts. Once home he went to university but didn't love it. He created an online fitness business 9 to 5 Fitness but then went out on his own and grew a large social media following with a focus on running content for beginners. Louis then went on Big Brother 2023 where he ended up coming 3rd. He is currently training for multiple ultra-marathons, one in Bali and one in Victoria.A few key topics in this chatGrowing upGood human ambassadorBeing a young runnerFirst ultra marathon with dadDifferent racesUTA 100km race breakdownUltra Marathon tipsI loved this chat and so will you!Louis's LinksINSTAGRAM - www.instagram.com/louisphillips12/?hl=enINTVL APP - www.intvl.com.au/Check out Wild Earth Australia for all of your running, camping, and adventure needs!
