Liza has been on a 22 year journey discovering the powerful wisdom embedded within the female body. Her experience as both a Practitioner as well as a Mother gives her a deep understanding of the need for Mother Centered Care.  This journey has included experience working as a Birth and Postpartum Doula, Massage Therapist, Prenatal Yoga Instructor, as well as many years in the Luxury Spa Industry.  As a Postpartum Doula, Liza weaves in her extensive experience in the hospitality industry focusing on the deep tending of others along with her experiences as a Postpartum Mother to offer a multifaceted approach. Liza has an intuitive and holistic mindset in holding space for Mothers and Families.
