This week's guest is Joe Dennis, trauma therapist. We will be going into how harming trauma truly is, no matter what kind it is. Also how we can become better in our thoughts and mindset. When Joe was younger he did not want to go into the "therapist/counsel" field. He grew up with the dream to be a doctor, a family practitioner. Went through specialized education, took bio technology, worked really hard. But even though it looked like he had it all together, he didn't. Lost himself and ended up experiencing tons of trauma symptoms that led to a suicidal episode. Eventually got help and decided to leave his childhood dream behind to do trauma therapy.
