Episode 71: Are your coaches really that inspiring?

This week we are going to be talking about next generation coaching. Travis Brady, one of my coaches, will be with us this Friday to go more into depth of this section. I will also be having a book review Wednesday, talking all about how to create the next generation coaching model for yourself and those around you. Making sure you are out there and doing things for the right reason and the right person. Travis has helped me so much with this and I cant wait for him to help and share with you guys also. For today I will be going into this subject from my own perspective and experience. How I view being a next generation coach. Some things that have stood out to me with Travis's coaching and messages are, how are we looking beyond our mark? Are we just looking for the surface level things or are we thinking deeper and for the right motivations? Two things that have been taught to me that are very important are integrity and high emotional intelligence. There are lots of coaches in society today that are coaching, but have no idea what they are actually doing. Because they aren't educated in the science or mindset behind it all. They are just copying from others ideas and styles.
