Who do you look up to the most? What about them makes them so significant and stick out in your mind? If you were to envision the greatest leader and mentor, who would that be? Over the course of my life I have at times chose to hire people to be my mentor and my coach. But also I have had times where I've slacked off, I thought I can do it myself I haven't been willing to really invest that time and energy into being challenged and reaching my full potential of being held accountable. As a result for all of 2016-2017 to my business was stagnant, as soon as I chose to go get a mentor and put myself out there, and show my commitment my whole businesses change. My perspective on life has changed and I've been much more engaged not just in my business but also my family my faith. Don't waste anymore time.
