Today we have a Premier League legend on the Fozcast, Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink. Bursting into the Premier League with Leeds United before a big money move to Atletico Madrid where despite scoring 24 league goals, Madrid were relegated from the top tier of Spanish football. This opened the door for a huge move back to the Premier league with Chelsea for a record fee of £15 million. It didn't take long for him to get off the mark for the Blues as he was able to score on his debut at Wembley in the Charity Shield versus the mighty Manchester United and from that point onwards, the rest is history. In four years at Stamford Bridge he scored 69 goals in 136 games, placing him firmly in the minds and hearts of Chelsea fans for years to come. After stints at numerous clubs from 2004 to 2008, Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink retired from playing football and has since become a manager.
