Many Thanks. https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/GGZCCM2 This time on FNI WRAPCHAT We have Irish DOP, JJ Rolfe. We chatted all things camera, his role on productions and the importance of team building, loyalty and collaboration as an ethos in Film and TV. JJ shot the new Irish Feature "Dublin Old School" which is currently in Irish Cinemas. GET OUT AND SUPPORT IRISH FILMS. JJ graduated from the National Film School of Ireland (IADT) in 2007 and has had a camera in his hand ever since. JJ is best known for his work with director Dave Tynan. Together they have created multiple successful films. 'Just Saying' gained instant viral success and became a cultural touchpoint in 2012. 'Rockmount' which was awarded the Teirnan McBribe accolade at the Galway Film Fleadh, followed quickly by an IFTA in 2015 and "Heartbreak' which invited more viral attention and sparked intense cultural debate around women’s issues in Ireland in 2017. The film had people all over the country quoting Emmet Kirwan’s indelible rally cry for the nation to “stand in awe of all mná” and the work went on to credit the creative team with their second IFTA award. Building on the creative relationship with Kirwan the pair have collaborated again for Tynan's debut feature, the much anticipated 'Dublin Oldschool'. http://www.jjrolfe.com http://www.buymeacoffee.com/fni #WeAreFni #WrapChat #MakeANameForYourself
