We chat to the man behind the characters. Liam Hourican is an Irish actor, best known for his roles in BBC Three comedy Murder in Successville, for his voice work for Song of the Sea (2014), The Secret of Kells (2009)  Hourican has worked as a stand-up comedian and very popular impressionist. Hourican appeared in various comedy roles on TV over the years and in 2015 his work in which he he co-starred in Murder in Successville brought him to the publics attention. The semi-improvised show, in which a celebrity guest must help DI Sleet solve a fictional crime, became a cult hit. Liam Hourican - actor, impressionist, comedian - Liam has been a constant comedic presence on TV and stage since the mid-00’s, with roles in The Savage Eye (RTE), The IT Crowd (Channel 4) and Tracey Ullman's Show (BBC) to name just a few. His most recent work as the Lead in "La Cha Cha" Directed by Kevin Allen (Twin Town) opposite Keith Allen, Dougray Scott, Ruby Ashbourne Serkis and Rhys Ifans Liam plays "Solti Buttering". Solti embarks on a road trip to scatter his grandfathers ashes. Finding everywhere closed, he stumbles across La Cha Cha, a holiday park with a community of retired characters, living off grid and having the time of their lives. He soon discovers that feisty owner Libby Rees (Ruby Ashbourne Serkis) and her brother Damien (Sonny Ashbourne Serkis) are struggling to keep the place, and community, going. But they have a very unusual plan. Hourican is an accomplished stage Actor.
