Ann Carter is the leader people love to follow and if you listened to part 1 you’ll know why. In this episode, we have an open and candid discussion about racism in the workplace. I was reluctant to record this episode because quite frankly I didn’t know where to take the discussion and what questions to ask. I put myself in a safe space with Ann Carter, and we had the conversation. Our intent is to encourage others to have similar conversations and make strides towards eradicating racism.
