Thomas Jeffery has found Shane’s mentorship to be one of the most influential factors that has defined his growth as a filmmaker following film school. He serves as the CEO of the African film production company, Cine Culture Films. Their conversation explores love, gratitude, and the ripple effect that is produced by entrepreneurship. In the case of Thomas Jeffery and Carolyn, their ripple created a huge impact bringing filmmaking education to hundreds of thousands of women in Nigeria.
