Char Ellesse: Baldness and Binaries

In our second episode, I spoke with the amazing Char Ellesse, all about binaries, constructions of femininity and masculinity, and baldness. Char is the founder of Girls Will Be Boys, an online platform blurring the lines between gender roles and creating an open discussion about modern ideas of femininity and masculinity. Char is also a model and social commentator, and her creation of the OMG She’s Bald film has taken her to Amsterdam, Paris, London, and loads of other incredible installations around the world. The Girls Will be Boys platform aims to inspire freedom of expression, liberation and strength against societal stereotypes, and I so enjoyed the chat I had with Char, and learned so much from her insight and energy.
