Welcome to the Fearlessly Fertile Podcast, Episode 111. Keep your word to this child. I butterflies. What about butterflies? I caterpillars. We're going to go under chrysalis and turn into butterflies. What do butterflies do, baby? Um, they go on flowers. Do you love butterflies? Yes. Tell the ladies what you learned at school today. I learned about toys. Toys? I don't think so. What did you really learn? I learned about ladybugs. Ladybugs? What color are ladybugs? Um, black and red. Black and red and orange. And orange? And black. Okay. Okay. Loves, that boy always seems to have a sixth sense as to when I am recording this podcast. So ah, well, this week I want to take you in a direction that can be both exciting and nerve wracking. Well, I think I might do that almost every week, but I think this will be a little different. And it's so apropos for this being episode 111. Seeing numbers like 111, 1111, or any repetition of ones, for those of us who have a little bit of interest in the woo, know that, well, that might be a little bit of a blessing. That might be the universe winking at you whenever you see those numbers. So, it makes sense, because I want to engage your intuition, your faith, And your imagination this week. Intuition, faith, and imagination are all deeply feminine things that I'm going to wrap in my alpha female delivery because I love ya. And frankly, anything else just wouldn't cut it. So let's get started. We spend a great deal of time on this journey future tripping and agonizing over the past. We see our children as some misty, far off destination that we will get to in the future. But the reality is we're They are here and they are now for those of us who are lovably type a, this may be a hard concept to wrap our heads around because we may not be physically holding this child in our arms right now. We may have had brushes with them in the past, but we don't see them as here and now. In many ways we are afraid to see them as here and now because in many cultures and languages we hear bullshit like, Don't get ahead of yourself. Don't count your chickens before they hatch. Or we are told not to be overconfident. When you break those statements down and the idea behind them, it's all about lack and scarcity. Not only that, there's an absolute dearth of faith. Zero. Zilch. Nada. This is one of the primary reasons we become obsessed with statistics and science. To quell our need for certainty, we run to something that is quote unquote solid and concrete. As if that is any sort of guarantee of anything. I just love how people wrap themselves in the pontifical robes of science. Oh, it's the science who needs faith.
