038 Talking about the recession

Welcome to this episode of the Fail Forward podcast.   In this episode I am talking about recession.    More specifically - I am urging you, as a business owner and entrepreneur, to proactively seek out the opportunity that arises in every recession.    And to not talk yourself into making emotionally charged decisions based on the doom and gloom of the mainstream media.    There is no denying that times are tough for lots of people right now. But history shows us that:   👉 Recessions are part of the economic cycle. 👉 When viewed as part of the bigger picture, they do not usually last long. 👉 They are always followed by periods of growth. 👉 More millionaires are made in recessions than in any other economic period.   If you are worried about your business - reach out. The absolute worst thing you can do is bury your head in the sand and hope any problems will go away.    Talk to me. Talk to friends and family. Talk to a business advisor. Don’t suffer in silence.   If things aren’t bad for you right now - that’s great news. Focus on your own course of action and avoid overindulging in mainstream media.
