Dr Brian Lenzkes Dr. Lenzkes is a board certified Internal Medicine physician who was in a standard medical practice for 18 years who now practices in  a Direct Primary Care clinic focusing on metabolic health and wellness. He is the co-host of the Low Carb MD Podcast and host of the Life’s Best Medicine Podcast.
