Guiding Kids to God's Identity for Them - Dr. Kathy explores how adults can reinforce identity without hovering

Dr. Kathy considers two articles we've come across recently related to identity. One talks about how identity formation is imperative for young people as they develop. The second explores the idea of decision hierarchy and how adults can guide kids unwittingly to respond to what the adult wants.  For some parents we speak heavily into our kids lives and encourage them down paths. When we do this it's natural to ask the question if our path is God's path for our kids.
