Employer Branding is growing it's influence as a profession so it's important to have communities to help this grow more. But it takes community builders to make this happen. Communities such as The EB Space - a Discord Server with over 650 members across 45 countries. That's why it was great to get the founders of The EB Space in the studio recently.
