Summary Understanding how people first encounter EA and what helps them get involved in EA is important for understanding how to optimize recruitment. With the Meta Coordination Forum survey suggesting that it would be ideal for the EA community to grow rapidly, this is of high importance. To meet the recommended targets, some of these routes into EA would need to scale very dramatically over the next year.
