Chats with Jim McNeish

The Dying for a Life podcast is full of stories, insights, poetry and interviews. In this podcast I sit down and chat with my dear friend Jim McNeish. Jim is Head of Brains for Neish (although I would say for the world really!). His insight, humour and love are one of the highlights of my life. Jims ability to weave a story is second to none and if you know the joy of sitting round a firepit with him (gigantic marshmallows optional) you know you are a lucky human. His insight and depth of knowledge in psychology, leadership, coaching, relationships is exemplary and his uncanny ability to deliver a deep ounce of psychological theory hits you in the solar plexus every time. Jim and I host another podcast, Leaders What now, which we started in March 2020 to make sense of what was happening in the world and what was required of leadership now. We talked through big topics to help us see our way through what was happening and we were really blessed that, it turns out, a lot of other people listened in.   Jim’s website – and his incredible library is here www.neish.co.   And our podcast is here https://link.chtbl.com/BGm6NGbs

Om Podcasten

This podcast by Kirsty Mac is a one woman show with interviews - she could not decide on the format! In researching of her book she started an unplanned journey into researching death (deeply joyful!) and, well, living. To have a life, a beautiful heart centred whole hearted life, part of us has to die. You have to let go of the ego and the notion of the self in order to be. Madness. And so these conversations are an expansion of the research and conversations about really living. Its light- well thats the plan - whilst doing some deep dives into what it means to live a life. Conversations will be about death of reality, the ego business, relationships, the dream and maybe even death of meaning.Given that this was recorded, to begin with, in 2020, it brings about some interesting conversations. Thankyou for listening in.
