Over the last 4 years, she has committed to trying everything that this crazy world offers by traveling to over 20 countries, participating in 2 half marathons, and coaching a young synchronized swimming team.Kate reached out to me, she seemed like a perfect fit for the show, being so young, tried lots of things, and really embodying what I talk about on this podcast.
