Getting Over The “All Or Nothing” Mindset

On this week’s episode of ‘Drink More Water,’ Riley and Soph start the episode off with a chat about their weekly highs and lows. The topic this week is the ‘All or nothing’ mindset and how to get over it. The girls discuss ways you can change the mindset such as identifying what your minimum and maximum number of sessions are per week to make fitness more achievable, getting out of the ‘binge eating’ cycle when you eat one thing you deem as bad in your day, being consistent with your routine, the negative effects of food restrictions and creating maintainable goals around fitness and food to create a healthy balance. For this weeks ‘Ask Us 3’ the girls answer your question on getting help from a therapist to stop the restricting then binging cycle and how to love your body once you start intuatively eating, if you can you manage/cope in a relationship where the other person doesn’t have the same views around health, food, exercise and drugs and what their favourite breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks are. To wrap up the episode Riley and Soph read a special share from one of the listeners and give you their tv show and food-related weekly recommendations.SOCIAL MEDIA LINKS:DRINK MORE WATERIG | @drinkmorewater.podcastEmail | [email protected] | @rileyfitptYouTube | https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCXg52c_Rzwyy7xIFIzEXDjQSOPHIEIG | @sophiejaynemillerYouTube | https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCXVVwb-CgnwYkhlfn9X4Z-QJOIN RILEY’S 5 DAY FREE HEALTH RESEThttps://shor.by/riley-rfpt
